“I sent several emails to support. Got no reply.You company guaranteed 99% uptime. There is at least 15 minutes downtime of the server at s1.cloudwelcome.com. I am also fed up with your false advertising. There is no marketing credit at all.
Do not advertise something that you do not offer. I call the reps on the phone request to cancel, His name is Josh. He just gave me a runaround, "You must go to this website www.sitecloud.com/cancel, we can not do it over the phone."
Guess what www.sitecloud.com/cancel does not work. It does not even exist.NO response via email. Call customer service phone number, Rude attitude and State that our company does not do cancellation over the phone, You must go to our website at www.sitecloud.com/cancel. However The website does not exist. Call them again ask me to email the billing. NO response.One of customer service rep states that "It takes 3-5 days to respond, 14 days to charge back" I ask Customer Service Josh, why the customer service is so lousy and slow. His answer surprise me " Well, that is because you are canceling, If you are new sign up it would be much different. We will response in mins"

False advertisement, Does not provide the service they advertised. No response to problem or inquires.
"Guaranteed 99% uptime and 30 days no question ask money back. " It's just lie.

“I was looking to host on Amazon, but had absolutely no clue how to make it work, so I am really glad that I found SiteCloud. I was able to move my Wordpress blog over to SiteCloud very easily from my previous hosting company. Since moving to SiteCloud, I have seen great improvement on speed and reliability! I recently got onto digg and my site did NOT slow down nor did I get suspended, which was pretty awesome!!! The pricing is great. The way they operate is also great. The few times I have used their technical support, it has been a pleasure! If you're looking to get on the cloud and want a affordable and good service, then this is the company for you.”

Thank you for reading our reply to Mr Sebastien's review of our service.

I have also responded to Mr Sebastien's remarks which he posted on 8-11-10 which you can see below.

Mr Sebastien had an issue with his site running on our platform due to coding issues he had on his sites and which we asked him to fix. This does not however explain the slow responses that Mr Sebastien claims regarding our support personnel.

I have been working with our lead technical manager to review all of the communication we had with Mr Sebastien to find out if there were any gaps on our side for support services, we have found a couple of instances and have disiplined the individual we feel should have been more current with the support to Mr Sebastien.

In addition Mr Sebastien complains that we charge $40 for a dedicated IP address, which most hosts charge and which is a cost that comes from the co-location facility, in this case Amazon.com and which we must pass that cost to those consumers.

Mr Sebastien's account has been closed and refunded per his request and we wish him well with his web site projects.
