Dear all,

I'm glad I see Trey responding to complaints in this forum because that's exactly what i'm going to do.

Since hosting with sitecloud for about a month or so, i've had numerous issues:

1. Site migration wasn't too successful - support staff werent too helpful. I got a mail saying they've closed the ticket because they did not get my response when i've been hogging them both on chat and email. But my tech got it solved so i've dropped the matter.
My tech guy ended doing all the work and configuring stuff on our end. This time cost factored into expenses.

2. I'm facing intermittent 503 error messages (every 30 mins?) which hasn't been solved - chat with people like gerry, david and they'll tell you that its a "glitch on Amazon" and they're working to find the root cause of it. When will it be solved? - it will be solved SOON. my tech and I have been bugging them for at least 2 days to get this fixed. So sitecloud is new and they've issues. Fine. But we're in a real dilemma here. A money back guarantee (if its offered) isnt really enough to compensate us for this. And i'm already trying to be polite here.

3. Memory full. There was an instance when our site went down. A support staff mentioned that the temp memory was full. I verified this on Cpanel. It was eventually recified, fine. I'm forgiving enough. Just let it be. But 99.9% uptime? you guys judge for yourself.

4. Customer Service. Please don't ask us to raise a ticket again for the same issue. we've done that countless time and different people handle the ticket. heck, there was even one instance where a staff thought i was hosting on GreenGeeks.

In all fairness, consumers should know about sitecloud. Let's not haggle on the details. If Trey or any staff from Sitecloud is reading this, please address these issues ASAP or its your own business that's going down.

I apologize, SiteCloud did not get off the ground without a few wrinkles we had to work through issues with our first provider which was Amazon.com and we found we had some problems with their infrastructure. We since moved to SingleHop and have found that their structure allowed us to do far more and with greater control. I was not personally involved with the SiteCloud support during the time of this claim however i dont discount it.

I can assure you that SiteCloud is far more advanced than we were and far better for larger clients than any other cPanel web host in the market today.
