I moved from Hostmonster to SiteCloud and it has so far been a big mistake.
They goofed up the site migration which I had to help them solve (corrupted file they did not download correctly), that took a few days.

Their Support ticket system is broken, wondered why I got no tech response, you must email them for help.

Seemed to work ok for a while until my viewers started reporting 503 sever and other error messages almost daily, just like some other posters here.
Sitecloud claimed nothing was wrong.

All sorts of other random problems with my SMF forum, and database access, presumably due to the 503 type issue.

For some time SiteCloud did not believe me about the 503 or other error messages, but after a few weeks it finally all died and I got Error 28 on phpMyAdmin, basically complete site failure for database writes. They finally admitted they had a bug in their implementation with Amazon and are looking into frantically as I type this.

BTW, Siteclouds own blog even goes down with 503 error at the same time as my sites!

All my sites presently (17th Sept) go down several times a day. They claim they are close to a fix which should be this weekend. I'm giving them until then.

Verdict is still out, but I've had nothing but problems from day 1.
I get the feeling Sitecloud will be good IF they can fix their problems. If not, they will be out of business very shortly!

I apologize, SiteCloud did not get off the ground without a few wrinkles we had to work through issues with our first provider which was Amazon.com and we found we had some problems with their infrastructure. We since moved to SingleHop and have found that their structure allowed us to do far more and with greater control. I was not personally involved with the SiteCloud support during the time of this claim however i dont discount it.

I can assure you that SiteCloud is far more advanced than we were and far better for larger clients than any other cPanel web host in the market today.
