x10Hosting got a negative review on

A friend of mine brought this page to my attention today, directing me to the review below regarding me, and how I was the only helpful support member. It appears to be that the x10Hosting staff and support team believe I am the one that posted that review. Although I think that the review in question is funny, and although I understand why x10Hosting believes I am the one that posted it, I'd like to clarify that I had nothing to do with that review. The review you are reading now is the only review posted by me on this page.
As for x10Hosting itself, I have no idea how it's changed in the past half year since I've left, but when I was a member of the support team, I know that a majority of the staff was trying as hard as possible to help the users. I'm not sure if that's different now; I heard that the entire x10Hosting staff hierarchy was changed, so I dunno who is responsible for what anymore.
If you're going to get hosting, stick with the big companies with organized management, and avoid places like x10Hosting where one person has all the power. While I was at x10Hosting, the CEO, Corey, allowed a criminal (and I use that word literally) to be a staff member. When I declared that that was wrong to do, and chose to take a leave from x10Hosting until the problem was settled, Corey got angry at me for revealing the truth and banned me permanently.
As for the comment that says all the good ratings are by x10Hosting staff members, that isn't entirely true, but is true to an extent that I recognize some of them as people who were close with the x10Hosting administration and may or may not be staff members now. Be sure to keep viewpoints into consideration when interpreting reviews; the opinions of someone that's only a customer tend to be more realistic than the opinions of someone that works for or on behalf of x10Hosting.
