This company contacted one of my clients (I am a website designer) to suggest to her that she change her DNS to them. She did not request this, she does not even know what a DNS is:

We have successfully completed the transfer of your host server. We expect that this hardware upgrade will result in a faster loading speed and enhanced performance of your websites.


The server transfer procedure involved a change of IPs as previously announced. For your accounts labyrinth-circle.com, we have automatically changed the DNS and pointed the traffic to the newly assigned IP. You are not required to take any further action for these accounts. ACTION REQUIRED WITHIN THE NEXT 48 HOURS:
• For the following additional domains (domain name deleted by me), please point your DNS to the NEW IP: 184.154.160.5
In the event that you have not updated the DNS settings of the domains to the IP address of your new host server within 48 hours, you may experience data loss and service interruption If you have difficulties pointing your DNS to the new IP, please contact us through our Helpdesk from User Area ->Get Support ->Report a hosting related issue. We are sorry if this transfer has caused you any inconvenience and we hope you will be pleased with the improved service quality.
