I've been with Luckyregister for over 3 years and Godaddy served me well. I just wanted to give it a shot with NameCheap.com. Long story short. I registered 2 domains with them. next day found out something about trademark problem. I quickly went online and try to contact them. Surprisingly there's not phone # to call. There's only Live Chat and E-mail. Live Chat waiting over 15 mins to get a person response to my question.
I told them my situation and they said they unable to refund the money. They only refund to my name cheap account. This is rediculous. LuckyRegister and Godaddy always refund me when i made a mistake with the domain within 5 days no questions ask.
Name cheap is very unprofessional in the field. They seems like a 1 person running and nice website layout to fool unsuspecious customers. They can't even afford phone support. They will charge you $0.99 for each refund to accound with them not to your credit card. This mean, you can only use the fund to buy more crappy service from them. This is communist.
I suggest whoever looking for great service head to LuckyRegister or Godaddy. I've been using them for quite sometimes and they always there when i needed help.
