For some of my websites, I switched from Hostmonster to Sitecloud in December of 2010. I moved the websites myself, and had only a few minor snags and the customer service was good.

My websites worked for about 2 weeks. Then the server started going down all the time. It was like this for about three weeks,then the CEO sent an email out that they are changing the type of hosting and the servers in order to have a stable service - so no more cloud hosting as advertised, but now regular shared hosting, so what about all the promises? Not to talk about the homepage of Sitecloud still promising cloud hosting?
Anyway, I guess the change was made, but no improvement. I kept sending tickets after tickets, and as time went by, I even started getting all kinds of lies as a response. Not to talk about the fact that several times they replied that they had to suspend users accounts because they were using too much of the server - so where is the promise that with sitecloud your account will never be suspended for high resource usage? The best was when I announced them that I have installed a monitor for the websites, and when sending with the ticket a screen print with the reports, I was told "I`m sorry but the log you have provided us does not show the uptime or downtime, it just shows the test connections. Sometimes connection can be refused by the server side, e.t.c.", while every time I was receiving notification the sites were down I would go and try to access them and they were down.
the monitor was put up on the 11th of February 2011, it's the 24th of February 2011 and only two days in the reports show no downtime, in each of the other days the sites were down at least one time. I have a total of 13 outages for this period of time.
And here I am, again, waiting for almost an hour for the server to coem back up - websites are down, server is down, can't FTP connect.

The issues faced by this customer was on network architecture that no longer exists. Today, our customers enjoy super fast & reliable service on GreenGeeks hosted servers.
