I have a website that gets about 150,000 page views per month, Rackspace offered me a solution that was several hundred more a month than the competition and I went with it because of their "fanatical support" promise. Well as it turns out, the onboarding support was horrible and they did not set up the security suite I purchased with the service until I pushed the issue and still, it was hard to get someone to reply right away. They don't reply to tickets right away, they gave two reason, first is that they prioritize tickets (probably understaffed) and secondly was i don't spend as much as some of their other clients. Was this told to me during the sales process? Of course not, once they reeled me in and got me to sign on the dotted lines, than the support went south. Thei fanatical support promise appears to be just a PDF and a sales tool, I don't think it's real and I warn you to stay away from this over priced, over promised and under performing firm. It's seems to be profits first, second and third, then maybe just maybe, they will think about their customer!
