Site Ground got a negative review on and one official response on

They were great , just changed frontend and know a 100 times harder to use. If you have more than one website , forget them now they have made that extremely hard to use . Good luck on Cpanel , it's now useless , they made that almost impossible . Was so easy to use now they are just focused on money options instead of an easy access to the client. Really dont like them now , plus their great customer service has been cut down and wait times are extremely high . When something is working so well sometimes companies have nothing for their developers to do except screw it all up .

Apologies for the delayed reply.
We realize the difficulties and the time it takes to adapt to a new interface. That is why, we want to thank you, and all our clients, for the understanding and the patience it took to go through this short learning phase. Although cPanel is a widely-used control panel, its structure prevented us from easily enhancing the features list of the existing hosting plans, and at the same time offering easier website management to our customers. As a result, we designed our interfaces developed specifically for the needs of our clients. We hope you are enjoying the benefits of the new interfaces!
As for our Support and the increased wait time, we did experience high load on all of our support channels in the spring, most likely due to the lockdown and the increased focus of our clients to build an online presence of their business fast. To address that, we implemented various measures which helped us better distribute the requests and optimize the problem resolution flow. Things have been back to normal since then, and the wait time has decreased to our usual timeframe.
