I had a headache with them for the past few days. actually even months ago. They will always blame that all problem is because of 'your Code' which they never bothered to look into nor check their host if there were any problems. In the end the situation was resolved after a lot of insults from both parties after they declared we should find a qualified developer's help mocking me, the site developer after I have already informed them that I am the developer. the worst part is it is I who have to teach them a basic technique used by many system annalists and rookie developers which is just to create a simple test application which centers on the problem before they can realize there was a specific problem and fix it. they are the laziest and most incompetent I.T. profesionals I have debated with and even though it's free, the free host is a reflection of their paid version so do not bother to use their paid service or you'll have an endless debate and lost of potential site users which I had incurred.
