After more than 3 years with Namecheap the only descriptive words about their service, professionalism, trust, and treatment of their clients are:
Terrible and horrible, disrespectful of clients and untrustworthy,
In short: UNSUSTAINABLE!!! I recommend: Be Careful! This is especially due to the tremendous waste of time in over 8 months. I have been suffering so much trying to regain my stolen account of very valuable domains, worth many thousands of Dollars which just disappeared, and Namecheap just claims I never owned it, The process of this theft began when an unauthorized someone was allowed to list herself as a 50% owner with 100% rights. Namecheap never notified me of this illegal ownership takeover. When I wasn't able to login, their Support and Risk Management personal, after weeks and months of ignoring my requests for help, informed me that they concluded that I don't own the account, with my domains, and also had the audacity to claim that I never owned it despite the long history of my 3 years with Namecheap. I have been sending Namecheap many proofs of my ownership which they keep ignoring.
My advice to anyone is stay away from Namecheap.
