Launched in 2016, 20i is a rather new independent hosting provider in the industry founded by Jonathan and Tim Brealey. The founders of 20i are known for their extensive experience in the hosting industry as they have founded:- Webfusion (1997): the first company in the UK to offer a customized control panel called the Virtual Control Panel;
- 123-reg (2000): market leader in the domain name registration industry;
- Heart Internet (2004): web hosting provider with great reputation;
Based in England & Wales, 20i team claims to offer customers cutting-edge technologies, premium hardware and high performance.
The company specializes in the following hosting services:

- Domain Registration;
Shared hosting plans run on SSD drives. Standard features are all included: protection against malware, data backup made daily, website builder, free SSL, 1 Tbps+ protection against DDoS attacks and over 70 1-click installs. Shared hosting configurations are also powered by CDN which improves the speed boost of your plan. Except for the startup plan, the other hosting packages include a series of unlimited resources:
- Unlimited MySQL databases;
- Unlimited storage;
- Unlimited data traffic;
Resourceful reseller packages are provided by 20i. These white-label plans include unlimited websites for both Linux and Windows, as well as for WordPress. Customers have the freedom to customize a series of features from their plans, such as index pages, the customers’ emails or staging domains. Reseller packages support scripting languages (PHP – multiple versions, Perl, Python, Ruby) and are optimized with WordPress tools (StackCache Optimisation, 1-click reinstall to live or staging, user and theme management). Unlike other companies that use WHMCS, 20i uses HostShop.
Customers can choose to purchase fully managed or self-managed VPS servers. Self-managed VPS plans are configured on Intel Xeon Cascade Lake 12-core processors with 2.2 GHz and run on SSD drives. With fully managed VPS servers you get dedicated resources running on redundant network that are scalable and can be upgraded whenever you want.

😠 My clients have been offline for over 12 hours. They moved my domain to their servers, changed the DNS settings and now my DNS settings are pointing to their servers even though it's set differently.
Not happy at all.
EDIT: The source of this problem seems to be extremely slow migration times. If need to migrate a few sites, I'd give it at least 24 hours as their migrations run at a snails pace. Give it at least 1 1/2 hours per site.
