The client side sucks. Nothing works. Custom Name Servers not working, all other options not working. Even if I want to use provided name server, there is no way to edit, add host etc.
Lowest price for 1 year registration, that is what you get. Sigh.

We are very sorry for the bad experience you had with our system. Indeed, for the .SG domains, we have this feature deactivated for some reason. The only way to change or update the nameservers is to send us a support request via email ([email protected]) or open a ticket in our system.
As checked, we can see that you did open a ticket and our team have quickly attended to your request and resolved it without any further issues.
So, we believe that this review was made due to the frustration we've caused you before you opened the ticket or before the resolution. And for that, again, we are sincerely sorry.
Please do know as well that, for all other domain extensions (non-.sg), the Nameserver Manager works. To be precise, contrary to what you said that nothing works, our system is running perfectly besides the .sg domain nameserver update.
We also checked if you experienced any other problems with the system and we found no other tickets/support requests from the time you are with us up until now.
