😠 From last few weeks our cloud version all the website goes down once a day and there is no solusion from Nexcess support, Also if we create any ticket with urgent priority then they reply after 3 to 4 hours so any issue will takes 2 to 3 days to solve. Nexcess support was very good before they merged with Liquid Web but now it's very poor.
