This is the worst service I have ever feet. They come with excuses if they never have errors. Although their server often makes down often. They write to you as an amateur. They generally have little knowledge of what they sell. Stay away if you do not want the world's worst service, and lots of errors
This is Trey Gardner CEO of Green Geeks responding to this complaint. This complaint was filed by a current customer of our company who paid his monthly invoice for his reseller hosting account on 12-29-09, 7 days after he filed his complaint here which is interesting since by reading his complaint you would have expected him to be hosted elsewhere, perhaps he feels differently regarding our service after we cleared up his issues which seemed to be the reason he posted this complaint.
Looking at this client's tickets I found the latest one which corresponds with the date of this complaint. The issue was regarding backups of his web site files which we have a unique procedure to do (which prevents large loads onto our servers so that the servers run more effectively for all our customers) and the client was informed several times as to how they can backup their information. The client was abusive to our technicians in his emails and yet our technicians were friendly back to him and finally got him to follow our instructions so that he could accomplish what he wanted. The ticket correspondence is resolved and the client remains a client of our services.
