The company uses Anti-DDoS and anycast DNS for server protection and it obtained the ICANN accreditation as a web hosting company. In order to protect their customers from malware attacks, the team from PlanetHoster provides their personal Anti-malware.

The company has a number of partners, including Symantec and LetsEncrypt which helps them offer great SSL certificates. As it is a worldwide company, PlanetHoster has multiple Internet service providers, among which we may mention Tata Communications (Teleglobe), Cogent or Telia Sonera.

PlanetHoster has many great aspects about it. One advantageous promotion present is that the team promises to offer daily backups which are important for a customer and a valuable benefit for them.

In terms of the packages provided by the company, these are powerful servers for one quality experience. For instance, their all-in-one web hosting package called the World Package promises a remarkable set of features (unlimited disk space, unlimited bandwidth or unlimited databases) and, what is more, the staff even provides the customer with features that are rarely found in such plans: IPextension, free website builder, smart CMS platform.

There are, indeed, elements that might make customers unsatisfied with what PlanetHoster has to offer. There is not such a wide range of available hosting options. This could make the customer want to look for another web hosting company that offers bigger variety. Then, some customers have claimed that they are not fully content with the load speed page, as this could be rather low.
