Their services encompass a wide array, including but not limited to web hosting, domain registration, graphic design, software development, and those promoted on their websites.

Service Acquisition:
Service acquisition occurs through websites like http://www.admintek.co.cr, http://www.admintekcr.net, and http://admintek.net, as well as their offices at 400 meters North and 50 meters West of Plaza Freses, Curridabat.

Web Hosting:
ADMINTEK S.A. commits to activating web hosting services within 48 hours of receiving payment from the customer.

Other Services:
The delivery time for each service aside from web hosting will be negotiated with the user.

Web Hosting:
ADMINTEK S.A. retains the right to cancel service for reasons such as overdue payments exceeding 15 days or misuse, including unsolicited mail, explicit or violent content publication, and dissemination of illegal software. Content promoting extreme political or religious hatred that incites violence or racism is strictly prohibited. Users can cancel services at any time, provided they settle financial obligations with ADMINTEK S.A.

Other Services:
Users are free to cancel other services acquired through ADMINTEK S.A. whenever they wish.

System Reliability:
ADMINTEK S.A. guarantees at least 99.5% uptime for web hosting services on a monthly basis, barring failures beyond their control. Compensation, up to one month of contracted services (non-monetary), will be provided if this parameter is not met.
