😁 We have been hosted with Eicra.com since 2017 as bpo.com.bd.

We have not yet face any downtime yet. Moreover, when we asked for the support they usually reply less than 15 min in average.

Therefore overall we are satisfied with Eicra.com support and service.

Eicra Soft Limited is very much unprofessional Domain & Hosting Provider. I (Bishal Logistics & Trading (BLT) used their services but they did not show any professional behavior. Last few days I could not use my email address due to their bad service. I informed them that I want to add my company email address with my Gmail address but your server can not accept it. It was your server making problem. Then they informed me that it was Gmail’s problem and someone from Eicra Soft Limited called me and told me that they will solve the problem if I pay.

But when I transferred my Domain & Hosting from Eicra Soft Limited to another Domain & Hosting company, I was able to add my company email address with my Gmail address at a time without any problem.

Eicra.com has been great for my websites. They “get” WordPress managed hosting without limiting users the way a number of other managed hosts do.

The WordPress-specific caching features Eicra.com provides are awesome, as are the one-click staging sites. And Eicra.com’s support is the best I’ve ever received from any host, period. Whether via chat or by phone, they are technically savvy and always respond incredibly fast if I have questions.

I have been using Eicra.com service since 2010 and I really enjoined their support and Php Script.

Over last 04 year I had never experienced any server downtime that really seems extraordinarily in compared with other provider i dealt with. Furthermore when i opened support ticket , they replied less then two hours in average.

I will never go anywhere else except eicra.com and I hope you can also consider taking service from them.

I must disagree to anyone who finds this script bad, or poor. I recently bought the script and are still working on it. I must say, I love the flexibility, functions and great design.

It may be a little difficult for newbies, those who doesn't understand advanced settings. Also, the support is great! Every-time I turn to them to get help, I get help and find a solution. I have purchased 03 script (B2B , Real estate and Autos) and enjoying for last 10 month.

I can only recommend this to serious website owners. If I could give it 10 stars, I would. The only reason is, when I got reply when i opened the support ticket for any issues and average response is below 06 hours.

I you you will enjoy it as well like me.

this web company is somewhere in Bangladesh, initially, bfore my palpal got sucked they were so polite and nice, once they go the money designed something unprofessional, now often my website say license need to renew. they somehow hook me into their trap. i complain several time and they never excepts their mistakes and blames back on my hosting IP. Dont use thier service you may get rap in their .....

You get hosting and a domain at an amazing price, not to mention, you can try out their awesome freebies once you purchase hosting.

Even if you are a beginner or a tech head, Eicra.com is the place for you. They help you install literally anything onto your site, some for free (that are on a list) and some other things that are not listed for a fee, which is plausible. They can even help you setup your webmaster tools and even install ads onto your site. All this is done in less than 10 minutes in most cases. I asked MyBB to be installed into my site, and guess what, it got done in Literally Less Than Five Minutes. That's how awesome they are.

I highly recommend Eicra Soft Ltd for your hosting and domain. There is not one flaw in it. Excellent work guys.
