I was on chat support with both Exabytes and another reptilian provider. the Exabytes support team, 2 members I spoke with on several occasions were both incredibly knowledgeable and patient! The other tech support team just kept linking me to articles and spent a long time "researching" my problem. These guys are the real deal and know what they are doing.
