😠 This company is a Scam. I have no connection or account with this company. They somehow charged my bank account $142,80 and $45.90

😠 Do not use paid services
I bought a paid plan, canceled the the plan then my domain expired. Charges continued for months after i canceled they are a rip off and will not refund any charges

😠 MySite is horrible for a hosting company. Our website is constantly going down for short periods of time, but even a few minutes is too many. Spend a bit more money and go with a dedicated server, NOT MySite, as you are sharing hosting space with other websites. Updates frequently cause the site to go down and there are frequent issues trying to upload large files, even if they are under their "maximum" size.

MySite is a US-based hosting provider that is also part of the United Online Web Services. They claim that they have provided hosting services that made over 100,000 customers happy.
The company provides the following web hosting solutions:
- Shared Hosting;
- VPS Hosting;
All shared hosting plans include e-mail features (e-mail accounts, e-mail spam/virus protection, access for your e-mail anywhere/anytime), tool and features (site builder, file manager, domain manager). Except for the free plan, all shared hosting plans integrate FTP access, search optimization, WordPress blog, and support for PHP, MySQL and Perl. There are other optional tools included for site building, such as: photo slideshow, Corkboard / Guestbook / Counter / Form / Emailer / Webrings, Microsoft Front page support or pools.
VPS servers include a free domain, unlimited POP email accounts and multiple subdomains. There are dedicated IP addresses integrated in the plans as well.
💰 Price & Cost
They offer good prices for their plans, although they can be more expensive than what other hosting providers offer. They also provide a free shared hosting plan and there are multiple billing cycles for customers to choose from: monthly contract, 6-month contract, annual contract or 2-year contract. However, they do not provide a refund policy for their services.

My Site offers great hosting plans loaded with features. However, some of their plans might be higher than what other providers offer for similar configurations. The bad news is that they do not provide a money-back guarantee for their services. They do not provide an uptime guarantee either.Overall, My Site is a acceptable hosting provider designed particularly for small businesses, blogs and photo hosting.
It seems over time MySite was not updated (even the website still uses old design - not mobile ready), proving a low interest in the new customers. Also, very small social activity (not even using twitter ) like any other web hosting company with focus on customer satisfaction, therefore we cannot recommend using this web hosting company for customers website/projects.

😠 Mysite.com is not worth wasting your time on.
I used the payed plan for a couple of years with out much incident (mostly because it was just a hobby site, so I didn't really have too many expectations).
Everything was ok at first. Then the truth came out a couple of months ago...
When it was time to renew my account, they took my payment, but my website ended up being moved to one of those parked pages for some unknown reason.
I contacted customer service and was conected to someone named "John smith" who was obviously out of India or Pakistan somewhere, because he barely spoke english.
This Customer ?Service? rep informed me that my payment had arrived late so my website was discontinued.
When I asked why they had taken the payment if the site was discontinued, I was told he would straighten the situation out and call me back within the hour.
3 hours later, I called them back. This time I was greeted by someone named "Sue" who spoke even less english than [read more...]
