😠 Namhost was a huge disapointment!
Namhost was a complete disaster - the response time and friendliness of the staff was good, but if nothing ever gets resolved, even the friendliest staff is useless! They tried to blame my computer, my wireless settings etc on all the problems. I have had a website for over 10 years and knew that it was from their server, not my site. Changed hosts today and voila.... everything works great - my outlook works perfectly! Nothing wrong with my system. To add to all the problems, my customers got random error messages, emails bouncing back and they managed to delete ALL my e-mails twice - once via teamvier.... just were busy on my machine and literally deleted my inbox completely..... years of important e-mails GONE!
Do not recommend them!!!

A great number of factors played a role in the sub-standard service this client received and unfortunately, it all accumulated to a point where our staff had to go beyond our support scope and remotely connect to the client's computer in order to fix some settings. In doing so a mistake was made and emails were deleted from the client's computer.
We have tried numerous times to get hold of the client in order to try and mend the situation and prove to them that our service and support has improved vastly over the last few years, to no avail.
