😠 They didn't inform me about the invoice and they turned off my production server. Also they invoiced me several days too early. Strongly NOT RECOMMENDED.

😁 Built an GPU based application that used intensive resources with the help of their support team that helped me see more clear what I really wanted to do and put me on the correct path.
Service worked great, had 3 times downtime for maintenance but it never lasted more than a couple of minutes.
Their delivery time is the best!
Can't wait now till their cloud platform will be back up..

😁 These guys know everything about servers and how to manage businesses. From the small ones up to enterprise businesses that need thousands of servers. Nothing seems impossible with them. I got over 5 servers and only 2 times downtime in 4 years. Never went so well with a servers company as most of them are doing everything manually while these guys have automated everything, from creating the server with the desired OS and RAM and STORAGE and CPU to reinstall OS, restart server and so many more. Give them a try and you can get your servers up and running in less than 30 minutes. Unlike OVH that says they'll deliver in 120 seconds but need 17 hours, these guys at Primcast are keeping their word and not lie to customers.

😠 Avoid Primcast!
Avoid this company. My broadcast dropped and I went to their online chat. After 30 mins (by which time my audience had left) they told me that they had an "unscheduled server mainanance"!!!! And that the server would be back up in an hour. When I asked for a refund they told me they don't do refunds. Obviously I have left! Only go with them if you are happy for their "unscheduled maintenance"!

And that the server would be back up in an hour. When I asked for a refund they told me they don't do refunds. Obviously I have left! Only go with them if you are happy for their "unscheduled maintenance"!
🗨 The issue was fixed in less than 30 minutes from the time we were contacted. Unscheduled maintenance refers to unexpected issues which have to be addressed immediately. The client requested a refund and compensation. We offered a month of free service, but our offer was not considered.
