😁 Excellent dedicated server hosting
My new business website is hosted on a dedicated server that I recently set up. After investigating a large number of vendors, our IT team came to the conclusion that the functionality and infrastructure offered by ResellerClub meet our needs. Not to mention the members of the management team that assisted us. In my opinion, the overall performance of our website is really good because of the features, the speed, and the hours of labour that have gone into it. These kind of solutions help the company increase its profits. Excited to evaluate their plans at this time.

Dedicated web server hosting is great. I actually created a dedicated server for my new agency website. Our IT team has reviewed many operators and are convinced that ResellerClub's features and infrastructure are the best for us. Not to mention the group of guides who helped us. Their support team was extremely patient and literally hold the call for you and make changes one by one. This was a very professional approach unlike those hosts who transfer the call to others not knowing they are busy!!

But with ResellerClub I had a dedicated support team/person allotted who knew what my exact problems were. I explained careful and she heard them by understanding and gave me solution in less time. Their support group was genuinely a great experience for me. I was left with my business site's relocation from one more host when I needed to move to ResellerClub's hosting. Their team was very persistent and literally held the call to resolve queries. This was an exception and dissimilar to those hosts who move the call to others not realizing they are occupied!!

However, with ResellerClub I had a devoted support group who knew what my precise issues were. I explained my problems with hosting and she heard them and gave me a solution with my hosting quicker than expected.... moreover the hosting is fast and speed is incredible. Amazing service and fantastic servers for cloud (Linux) by ResellerClub. The amount of work that you have to put in to configure is really minimal. Our team could do it in a few minutes and even the support's help wasn't really required.

We only needed support's help when we had login issues for the cPanel. One feedback I would like to give- the features are worth it but there are many players in the market who give it cheaper. having said that I feel safe doing business with ResellerClub because they understand web hosts better than anyone else.

As a business person, you need a facilitator that will truly understand all your issues and also give you solutions accordingly. This is what I liked about resellerclub.

To be honest, I wasn't sure about which hosting to go for but only after consulting a few resellers and ecommerce business people in my circle did I feel that resellerclub is worth a try. Also, they have't disappointed when it comes to support. Response time is amazing. They have really changed the gane when it comes to relationship management with clients.

😠 If you are planning, want to get online business or web hosting for your website, do not accidentally host hosting from Reseller Club, their service will shut down any time, your running business before it starts will stop. A wrong decision can lost you millions, now you have your choice of where you want to see your business.

It was my misfortune that we decided to purchase a Cloud Hosting from the Reseller Club, paid amount of Rs 11,200, approx. now 30–35 days of running correctly, then the site's loading speed died around 10.2 s to 12.7s, even after several times the site's loading speed did not improve, the support team said the site optimization was not correct.

After about 7 to 10 days of business losses we bought a shared web hosting from NameChape with a amount of Rs 2120, which was 5 times low the Reseller Club rate and now the site loading is again 2.7 to 3.2S Speed has improved.

😠 Worst technical support for any IT company I have dealt with. I have been waiting for more than 2 months for them to fix a simple bug in their system. They confirmed the bug several times but the only reply we receive is they already transferred the support ticket to the technical team but do not have any time frame to solve the problem...

So my recommendation for people thinking about using this company to resell domains: DO NOT USE THEM. Better pay a little more and get a partner who can actually FIX THINGS when there system fails.

😠 Reseller Club is the worst
At first I thought they were a good place to handle my domains for my hosting business but after about 6 months there were two domains that they didn't like the name so they suspended the domains, kept the domains for themselves and refused to refund the cost.

No worries I did a PayPal dispute and got the refund anyway because just like a shitty company they didn't reply to PayPal.

So I started moving my domains out and I had an issue with a client who didn't pay so I suspended their account. The client went directly to Reseller Club and requested the domain be transferred, in which I was notified that they would be releasing it. I advised them that I am the one who paid for the domain and it is my company name on the domain, they said it doesn't matter this person contacted us and we believe the domain is theirs.

😠 Beware about this company, they suspend and abuse domain from another company and put owner domains to be them customer.

They suspend 2 time the domain and they never give a response they force me to be them customer so they can give me an response.

The domain provide where I have the domain told me is not ok to be abuse about them and they always unsuspend my domain.

Compared to other Linux Reseller Hostings, ResellerClub is very slow, the delays interfere when working.

We bought a 3 year linux reseller hosting in the USA - and we were never able to go life:

A simple Joomla-Website had one outage every 1.64 days
A simple HTML-Website had one outage every 0.84 days

With Outage we mean:
- Service Unavailable
- Connection Timeout
- Internal Server Error

The Support wrote:
-"We have found HW issues"
-«We have already identified a few abusers on our server and have notified them»
-«We have already applied a few patches to fix some bugs that were one of the reasons for this and that has improved the performance of the server»

Because we've bought a 3 year package, we were able to see since the last 1.5 years, that it does not get better -not at all.

It goes with the fact that the support form usually is accessible, but often it's not possible to send the the completed form.

Although I have never have any issues with any domain registered with ResellerClub, Their hosting systems are built with all backdated low category softwares and hardwared. Whatever I want to do, there is some limit, however they call it UNLIMITED HOSTING! I unable to manage all my hosting settings through their control panel. Their customer services are too much time taking and they can't resolve any problem at all.

😠 Good for Domain Registration, Worst for Hosting (you will get killed)
Servers went down thrice in the past 10 days (13 JAN 2011).
My damages as follows
1) Lost rankings in search engines.
2) Ruined my ads on several media which cost me INR25000(approx 500$)
3) Ruined my office hours for a week with 200 to 300 calls a days from irritated customers.
4) Refunds to many customers in a week and lost many of them.

Conclusion: If you are serious about your business, don't rely on RESELLER CLUB

😃 I have been hosting my site on Resellerclub's Linux server for around 2.5 years now.

There has been few downtimes, nothing serious and they inform in advance that there would be downtime due to some upgradation on the server or the datacenter has planned some upgradation.

Also i have found their support team to be knowledgeable and they have always replied to me promptly. At $1.49/month, they are cost effective also.

I’ve used Resellerclub and other registrars for years to host our multiple domain names and those of many of our customers. Until recently when a site that we’ve operated for 9 years received a spam complaint due to a hack. The hack was rectified and even the complaintant considered it resolved but Resellerclub’s policy is to immediately and permanently suspend the domain until the name expires. No investigation and no consideration of the fact that we’ve been with them for years and that this name had never previously received a spam complaint and has never been on any spam black list since created 9 years ago.

Bottom line, if you have a site, it can be hacked. Microsoft and even US government sites have been hacked. So unless your site is totally immune you can be hacked and lose that domain when Resellerclub decides to permanently suspend it until it expires. This means that the [read more...]

😠 I must say this has been the strangest thing I have got involved in.
I paid up the initial start amount over 2 weeks. They said I needed to pay the entire amount, which I finally did 2 says ago,

I sent a help ticket in and they activated my reseller account. I had received 3 letters saying they needed verification by me faxing my identification to them to verify my paypal deposits, which is fine, I actually like that, except, its a long distance phone number to who knows where..they wanted photo ID etc..to who is this going? This isnt going to paypal!!!

THEN, when they activated me, I noticed that all you get is this strange reseller panel, not a "cpanel" that I recognize. Then I noticed the links did not work, the site would not update etc..

I sent another problem ticket and said hey, some of the links dont work...

SERVICE - the most worst service. When you are on live chat you will be answered only the questions that present in their system. If you ask anything which is showing the deficit in their system the chat representatives go silent for hours. I dnt know if they have a support manager to control this shit. And this has happened to me for more than 10 times.

SERVERS - The servers are fully overloaded and poor. They are very slow and laggy. Many times theSQL server is down.

Control Panel - The most worst control panel I have ever seen in my whole life. Bet you! you cant get a more degraded control panel for your hosting than this one. It dosent have basic features like URL redirect. Automated database backup and i am really tired writing the whole list as there are many...

Please dont purchase hosting from them, Iam there reseller, and have purchased hosting from them , it my worst day when i select them as web hosting provider.

1. Control panel totally useless, they even dont have file manager, They use net2ftp service as file manager, You can't unzip large files, you cant zip large files, very dead slow file manager,

2. Very less features in control panel, if you compare it with Cpanel.

3. As far as support concern, they even dont give you reply in 24 hours. open ticket, call them, chat with them on support no use, you have to bear there 3rd quality web hosting services.

4. Most of there servers are overloaded, they do not have any load balancing policy they just sell hosting without taking care of overloading issues, I have 3 web hosting with them 2 of those hosting get mostly down.
