😠 Gute Angebote, grauenvoller Kundenservice, nie wieder.
Erstmal vorweg: Die Angebote sind gut und meist leicht besser als bei anderen Kontrahenten.
Jedoch beschreibe ich einen besonderen Fall. Ich hatte mich mit meinen Freunden verabredet zum Minecraft spielen auf einem Server. Nun bestellte ich einen Server bei Shockbyte, aber jemand anderes aus unserer Gruppe hatte bereits einen, also sendete ich ein "Cancellation refund" an das Shockbyte Support Team, um so meinen Plan nochmals rückzuerstatten mit der 72 Stunden Garantie (von Shockbyte angepriesen). Nichtsdestotrotz haben sie meinen Plan nicht abgebrochen und mir die Initialkosten, sowie die monatlichen Kosten weiterhin angehängt. Nun plädieren Shockbyte darauf, dass es nun länger als 72 Stunden seit Kauf ist, obwohl sie nicht auf mein Support Ticket hin meinen Anforderungen nachgegangen sind.
Fazit: Absolut grauenvoller Kundenservice und nicht viel grauenvollere Art mit den Kunden umzugehen.
