😠 This hosting is untrustworthy and scammers. I purchased hosting for my website. in the beginning, everything was alright. When I renewed the hosting to 2031, the problems started. The admin of this site uploaded spam and virus files to private cpanel files and accused me of using my site to harm their clients and quickly froze my hosting and my site for which I paid more than $500. What scammers they are. I do not advise you to buy hosting from THCservers.

Iam the owner of a portal with 50.000 registered users and 120.000 monthly unique visitors. I have changed around 5 hosting companies for the first 5 years. For the last 7 years Iam in THCServers and that is the biggest period I have ever stayed somewhere.
Before going to THCServers, I was in QHoster, Hetzner and before to various greek web hosting companies. In Qhoster prices were very good, speed was acceptable but I had an issue with support. My hard drive had bad sectors and was close to crash in any day, but their support was not responding for over 5 days. So I had to find an other company because my website was in danger.
I found THCServers in May 2014 and Iam with them until now, so this is a complete review.
Setup and Performance

😠 They killed my website, which was running on a professional and reputable script... (phpProBid) Then they lied and blamed the script. They claimed it would not run because it was written for an older version of .php. It is the most recent 2021 release so THAT was a blatant lie. It was written for 7.1 or later and won't even install on 5.6, which was the version they CLAIMED it was only compatible with. What actually happened: Their representative attempted to restore it from backup after their glitch... then lied. IT GETS WORSE: I re-built the entire website from the ground up and it was running fine for weeks... until the day after they migrated my service to a "new" server without warning. Suddenly the website will not connect to the database any more. (Is it coincidence that I left them a one-star rating and negative comment on facebook a few days before?) 😠 As a reseller, I have had a very terrible time with THC Servers for more than 3 years, yet I managed with them due to time it will take to migrate my customers' files to another provide.
But recently, they became a pain in the ass, suspending my reseller my account without prior notice, even when monthly payment is timely.

😠 Hi, We had more than 30 websites on their servers and each one had a separated host, first of all speed is very low and if your website alexa rank be even upper 1 million the loading is socks. Also they suspend accounts without any rational reason. They accept all small businesses and gambling sites and after they suspend accounts ask about real documents. They consider e-mail marketing (sending email to website members only) as spam and violation. Very impolite staffs. They cut conversation. I give 0/10

But I was pleasant impressed, as the quality of the service was good, I had good loading speed, emails worked fine (the only problem is the 100 emails-hour rule, I would like to send more emails) and the support was extraordinary. Usually, you get what you pay. Not this time.
I hope my review makes a difference when you choose your hosting company.

I am a web developer and I use the hosting only for hosting my own site and client sites which I make. I have been using hostgator and bluehost since several years, NEVER had problems with them.
So I contacted them to find out why. They are just saying we got email from some spam site that my hosting is generating SPAM. And then they ask me to send me my legal documents, ID proof and address proof for verification for ICANN. ICANN ??? ICANN is used in domain registration and not hosting. 😁 I needed a good cheap hosting, however have not required too much space and bandwidth. After research of available hosting providers I have chosen thcservers. They are delivering great service with no noticeable downtime in last months. Though some of my sites uses a lot of memory I have never really faced any issue with them. As for me the support is really good, no useless messages, only useful fast replies. I don't know if I should say they are the best hosting so I'd say They one of the best hostings I ever used.

😁 I would like to drop a few lines about my current web hosting provider thcservers.com. When I signed up with then I did not expected something special from them, but even on shared hosting plan I got: Cpanel with Softaculous, some SEO tool kit, DDos protection (!), etc. That was a kind of surprise and I thought that was an option only for the new users there. In any case next month I had the same kit of options. No downtime, fast support and lovely customer service. At the first view - they offer ordinary services, but their approach to each client is really something outstanding.
