😠 Good at first but has been useless for months now. Website has been down more times than up! Absolutley rubbish and a waste of time. I run a website for a kids sporting association so we can't afford paid hosting. This bunch of useless cowboys are pathetic.

😠 1Freehosting.com is a scam!
I purchased a hosting service from 1Freehosting.com back in February, for a year. Everything seemed ok at the beginning. I recently checked my website, and it's showing "Account Unavailable." I have written to them numerous times asking them to let me know what is going on, but all my emails/messages have gone unanswered. So basically, I just got 5 months of service from them, after paying for a year. I discourage anyone from going with this company. If you don't want to be scammed, DO NOT purchase from this company.

-Offers 100000 mb bandwidth per month that is unmetered, ie there is no max gigbits per second.
-Offers 10000 mb storage which is plenty for my forum
-Cpanel leaves something to be desired, and the ssh console is limited for free customer(ie, there is no way to generate a top report when inquiring about server load.)
-FAQ page is limited
-Getting to the Cpanel can be difficult. you have to click the button that says "switch" next to your domain/subdomain name.
-Server load on some servers can get over 4.85 at times i have noticed, but on other servers the load has never exceeded .02
-My website loads very fast, and the ftp is faster than most free hosts.
-Overall i think this is the best free host out there. If my website takes off and my adsense account is accepted, i will definitely be purchasing their paid plans, which offer guaranteed server loads under .50.

Everyone who talk sh** are stupid people that know nothing about website building or hosting, i host with 1freehosting 8 websites and they run smooth and without any problems! I think biggest problem not a company, but people who do not know how to use services, so people first of all learn and after that start your websites! I rate this company as excellent for a FREE service!

I was using 1freehosting for quite some time. On the HOME PAGE, you can see that it says "no ads", right under an ad. There are now ads all plastered in the control pannel, and the way it is layed out, it is overlapping all the control pannel features. Otherwise, the service is quite cool and is the best free hosting service I have ever used. (Though, I am thinking about switching to 2freehosting, virtuallly the same thing!)
