The network speed is great even the server is located at France. They are using very fast CPU (Intel E-2288G) with very decent speed.

Althought the VPS is free but the retail price of it is very affordable.

I’ve been using Evolution Host for I think 6 months now, and I really have to rate them super highly. I use their Enterprise VPS package to run Proxmox, subdividing my 8 cores into a handful of VMs that I use for a virtual point-of-presence for my hobby network shenanigans.

Their service is excellent (I haven’t noticed any downtime whatsoever, and speeds/latency are great) and so is their support.

Thanks to them, we were offered a Starter VPS for free in Europe. The tools available to manage our VPS have been great, haven’t seen any down times. We can VNC into the VPS even if we screw up our firewall which is a great thing to have. We have more than enough linux distros and hosting control panels to choose from. 😃 I've been using a VPS from Evolution Host for around a month now. Overall I'm pretty happy with both the speed of the VPS as well as the response time of their technical support team. Performance of the VPS is very good, the SSD definitely makes a noticeable improvement in terms of disk I/O speed.

The only issue I've had with Evolution Host is that it's not possible to upload a custom ISO through their control panel, and instead you need to contact their support team to mount it for you. Some feature enhancements to their control panel (such as custom ISO mounting) would make their hosting service even better.

😁 I found the company on LowEndTalk, where you can get very great deal with the VPS.

Their control is so strange for me at the first time, but when I installed the VPS and get it running, there was nothing to do about it anymore.

The VPS itself is working very well, the uptime is 84 days (I did restart the VPS once, and there was no downtime at all).

The disk speed and network is very good, I got around 600MB/s with quick disk test and around 200Mb/s for network speed.

The price is also very competivite as I found them on LowEndTalk so there is nothing to complaint about the price.

This VPS is unique in that it advertises "dedicated resources", which includes the 2 CPU cores. Therefore, I'm able to perform large scale software compilation (Ubuntu packaging, Docker images, etc) on the VPS, using the CPU cores at 100% without getting throttled. It wouldn't be as fast as a dedicated machine, but is much cheaper.
