😠 MyTrueHost 8/10 wow thats a joke. The truth about MyTrueHost where do we start. First off dont expect anything of what they claim to be true. (1) their so called 24/7 support is nothing more than false advertising. Been to there wanna be support site, which is only available via chat window is always offline, even though it says they are there. So expect no one to answer your problems (2) they take days to respond to a support ticket, they LOVE to play games with your site especially when it comes to your domain name. Advise is to register your domain name with another company because they were destroy it with the domain registrars office. Ticket has been open for 9 hours with no one responding. (3) their so called address is a ghetto apartment building. Dont take our word for it, go to google and type in mytruehost.com and look over to the right, thats the address that they have registered. 😃 Since the company setup a server for my site, it has a few problems and I report them all. They took a serious part of my report. They really fix them up still it run perfect and made me happy. Now, today about 1 year, my website haven't been a downtime and if there's one, it will not be more than 5 min. Their tech support respond speed is exactly 15 min or less.

I only have a small shared hosting account with MyTrueHost but their support is exemplary. It has always been fast and responsive. I recently needed to install some forum software and there was an issue with some library compatibility with the new software. When it became apparent what the problem was they quickly moved me to a new server with the necessary libraries and made sure that everything was working correctly. At all times the support was responsive and constructive, resolving the issue very quickly.

MYTRUEHOST support is really good. When you ask them to look at your problem, they are really quick. The communicate really good, because they keep you updated in every step.

😠 I have not been able to open my company's email for a week. I sent them an email and they responded by reseting my login password to THEIR website, which has nothing to do with my website's email, which they are hosting. They have NOT responded since. It's like communicating with a wall. They do NOT speak any English and they shoot in the dark to see if it sticks. Not worth the trouble!!!

The classic IT quote "Fast, Secure, Cheap: Pick any TWO" doesn't hold true with MyTrueHost. Their servers are fast, secure AND cheap - but not with respect to quality of service and support. And the recent addition of their MailFoundry Spam and Antivirus protection puts them in a class of their own. I've used other hosts in the past but there's a good reason why I've been with MyTrueHost for over a year.

pls go away from this hosting company they will cheat you.. i have a shared account from them.. my site always encounter a downtime.. the told me my domain has some kind of attack so they can not host my account anymore.. they don't even give me a warning to fix my domain. no Suspensions either instead close my account .. so i ask a refund.. NO LUCK.. my $12 money wasted from them in just no less than 15 days... its a bad hosting company i've ever meet.. GO AWAY FROM THIS KIND OF HOSTING...

😁 I don't know why people wasting time in surfing for other hosting companies as here MyTrueHost exists. They are just excellent in every way. Great features, price, speed, and 24/7 support. I haven't evaluated many other hosts personally that are managed, but it's just as good as WP-Engine for small to medium sized sites.

I've checked out other companies since I signed up just to see what they offer and nobody really compares to what I can get with MyTrueHost . Really top notch. I've only had about an hour of downtime once and that was because I was transferring a domain over to them. Other than that, I've never had a problem. MyTrueHost Hosting Rocks !!!

I have over 20 cPanel shared hosting packages. All in all and for the value for money it is a very good service. As a, mainly, cPanel shared hosting user I only face difficulties with the lack of flexibility. I know it is shared hosting but I am not sure there is room to improve the service. Despite some of the hiccups I have had in the past I still think it is good value for money. Well done!
